The Northeast Indiana Early Childhood Coalition offers two child cost sharing models for employers: Tri-Share+ and Co-Share. Launched in 2025, these programs have seen substantial growth since the pilot began! Take a look at how these programs are supporting systems change in early care and education, and buildiing a sustainable solution employers, families, and child care providers.
