Co-Share for Employers

Investing in child care is investing in your workforce and local economy. With Co-Share, you can directly support the child care costs of your employees, and see a direct return on your investment that includes decreased turnover, increased employee retention, and an added benefit when it's time to recruit. Co-Share is an employer benefit that splits the cost of early care and education between the employer and employee. It offers flexibility for any employer in Indiana, and is administered by the Northeast Indiana Early Childhood Coalition (NEIECC).
