Tri-Share+ for Providers
Through Tri-Share+, early care and education providers are paid in full for care - on their schedule. The program is designed to offer reliable payments to providers, while also increasing enrollment! Families who had struggled with affordability can access quality care, helping to fill open seats.

How It Works
- Employers enroll in the program and offer it as a benefit to their employees.
- Employees who qualify contribute one-third of the tuition cost via payroll deduction.
- The employer and the state each cover one-third of the cost.
- Providers receive full tuition payments directly, ensuring financial stability.
Early care and education providers will work with NEIECC staff to join the program when a the family of a student qualifies.
