Co-Share for Providers

Through Co-Share, early care and education providers in Northeast Indiana and beyond are paid in full for care...and paid on their preferred schedule. The program, which splits the cost of care between the employer and employee, is designed to offer reliable payments to providers, while also increasing enrollment! Families who had struggled with affordability can access quality care, helping to fill open seats.

Co-Share for Providers

How It Works

  1. Employers enroll in the program and offer it as a benefit to their employees.
  2. Employers determine if they will cover a percentage of child care costs, or provide a flat fee.
  3. Employees who qualify pay the remaining tuition via payroll deduction.
  4. Providers receive full tuition payments directly, ensuring financial stability.

Early care and education providers will work with NEIECC staff to join the program when a the family of a student qualifies.
