This one-year committment is fully customized for each program. The first step is an onboarding meeting so we can get to know you, your staff and your needs. Following that, NEIECC works with your county leader to develop a strategic plan to get you where you want to go. Then, implementation! We can provide services, financial support, or expert consultants to move your program forward.

Seven PNC Scholarships for 2027 will be available in late 2026. The support from PNC Bank covers $2,500 of the $3,000 annual fee.
